In Quake 3, the 5 Health (also known as a Stimpack) is a type of health item that can increase health above the player's maximum limit, which is 100 hitpoints without any handicaps. They can usually be seen in groups. Given overheal effect will decay in time, at a rate of 1 health per second, until it reaches the standard maximum health of the player.

They grant 5 health points, and are often found in a cluster of 2 to 5, sometimes even more.
