First Sergeant Banks is a character featured in Quake IV. He is a member of Raven Squad in the Space Marine Corps and participates in the Second Invasion of Stroggos.

Banks is encountered aboard the USS Hannibal. He guards one of the gun pods to prevent personnel without clearance from entering, but does not say anything to Corporal Kane if interacted with.
