Quake II incomplete levels

Levels in Quake II and its expansions that are incomplete, meaning it is not possible to achieve 100% completion of kills and secrets. These levels generally will have a missing kill - perhaps an enemy that does not spawn into the level as it should - or a secret that does not register as being found even when the player has done what the level designer intended. Sometimes the levels are only broken on certain Difficulty settings, with 100% completion being possible on other difficulty settings. If a particular kill or secret can only be achieved with the use of cheats such as noclip, then it counts as incomplete.

Most of these instances have been fixed in the 2023 remaster; Badlands is an exception and is the only level in an official PC campaign that is still missing a kill. The PSX versions of Security Complex, Power Plant and Research Lab also still contain missing kills.
