Watery Grave is the eighth and secret level of the The Elder World in the Sega Saturn version of Quake, taking the place of E4M8: The Nameless City from the PC and N64 versions. It is one of four levels which were developed exclusively for the Sega Saturn version by Lobotomy Software. The level seems to be set in a swimming pool area filled with Rotfishes. The key is go through the obstacle course of the water world and get out of the watery grave for the exit, and is going straight to E4M6: The Pain Maze.
Unlike The Nameless City, this level introduces the Rocket Launcher as a reward to players for finding and completing the level.
