Medic Egan is a character featured in Quake IV. He is a member of Wolf Squad in the Space Marine Corps and participates in the Second Invasion of Stroggos.

Egan is seen aboard the USS Hannibal talking to Sergeant Miller and Private Suzuki about Cobra Squad and his platoon being mobilised and mechanised infantry being prepared in the Walker Bay.
