The Grappling Hook is a utility available in the official Capture the Flag mod for Quake II. It is used like a firearm, but is not intended for destruction. It launches a beam that pulls the user to any location it hits. It is only available in CTF games.
The beam is not infinite, so one cannot grapple to extremely distant areas.
