Private First Class Kofsky is a character featured in Quake IV. He is a member of Raven Squad in the Space Marine Corps and participates in the Second Invasion of Stroggos.

Kofsky is encountered aboard the USS Hannibal after the briefing of Operation: Last Hope during the Strogg assault against the USS Hannibal. He is guarding the door to the Rhino Quarters with First Sergeant Gee.
