The Lightning Pistol is a weapon exclusive to the Strogg in Enemy Territory: Quake Wars.
General Information[]
The Lightning Pistol is a secondary weapon that can only be used by Strogg Aggressors, unlike its GDF's counterpart. Unlike Blaster the Lightning Pistol does not have infinite ammo, and drains from Stroyent instead (the ammo pool Strogg players can also use for health). This gun is unique in that it has 100% accuracy. Unfortunately the damage fall off over distance means this really isn't a good long range weapon despite the pinpoint precision.
The Lightning Pistol is your electrifying short-range backup weapon. It is made available to select Strogg players as a personal defence sidearm. It discharges shocking arcs of electrical energy at the target. The Lightning Pistol fires in a constant stream, making it easy to keep it on target even while moving. - Advanced Player's Guide
