Tech Luch is a character featured in Quake IV. He is a member of Viper Squad in the Space Marine Corps and participates in the Second Invasion of Stroggos.

Aboard the USS Hannibal during Operation: Advantage, Luch, while working on a PDA, is arguing with Tech Holdorf about the properties of certain systems. Their conversation is extremely technical and makes it very hard to understand what they are actually talking about.
He is encountered again aboard the USS Hannibal during Operation: Last Hope where he discusses Kane's properties after his Stroggification with Holdorf. They also wonder if HQ would let them run some tests on Kane.
