New Skinz is a modification for Quake made by Stagger. This modification adds 13 more skins to MultiSkin.
Skin 23, known as Soldier 311, was the official uniform for Stagger's clan; 311.
Dennis Noordsij voiced his disapproval for this modification, referring to it as an "illegal" version. He felt that the modification was too big, it couldn't run on 8MB of RAM.
