OPERATION: Ruined Earth is a Unit in the new Call of the Machine campaign introduced in the 2023 Quake II Remaster.
Call of the Machine introduces a new enemy, the Gunner Commander, and most of them are encountered in this Unit.
A feature of this Unit is that all enemies appear to have lower health values on Easy, which is not normally the case except for specific boss enemies.
