Towers of Wrath is the fifth level of Hell's Fortress. It takes place indoors, in what seems to be a wizard's tower, complete with new library-like textures and a Frankenstein-style laboratory. There are several wind tunnels that take the player from one area of the map to another.

Secrets

(#1)
R1M5 - 1
In the big room with the Grenade Launcher, on the left, there is an inaccessible cage over the lava with a 100 Health. Shoot the twitching light in the hallway at the other end of the room to open a Teleporter leading to the platform.
(#2)
R1M5 - 2
In the next room where you have to push the Button at the end of the walkway, just before going up the ramp leading to the lift, a panel will open right behind you releasing enemies. Their hideout contains a Power Shield, a Green Armor and two Cells.
(#3)
R1M5 - 3
In the room with the Silver Gate and Super Shotgun, look behind the stairs for a Shootable Button. It opens a trapdoor beside the water basin containing a Pentagram of Protection, Cells and Nails.
(#4)
RM1M5 - 4
In the Silver Key room, shoot the wall in front of the key's cage to reveal a Quad Damage.
(#5)
R1M5 - 5
After picking up the Silver Key and taking the lift, there are some stairs leading down to a water pool. Look behind the stairs to find a Biosuit.
(#6)
R1M5 - 6
After opening the Silver Gate, you end up in a room with the Gold Key. From the platform you landed on, jump on the right circular platform, reach the small platform above the button and then climb on the metal pipe to collect a 100 Health.
(#7)
R1M5 - 7
After opening the Gold Door and activating the lightning machine, you reach a library displaying some books with an eerie looking face on them. Press the one closer to the lift to reveal a Quad Damage.

Glitches

Sometimes, pressing the button that spawns the Shambler will do nothing. And since killing the Shambler is required to access the exit, it means the level is soft locked and you have to either load back to your previous save or restart the level entirely.
