Blood Sacrifice is the sixth level of The Corridors of Time. The level has a Mesoamerican theme and seems to take place within a dark jungle. Most of the action takes place in tunnels deep underground, where players need to recover the Silver Key, which unlocks the main temple. Within the temple, players will face the last of Quake's Guardians, also known as Quake's High Priest.

Ride the moving tile over the lava. Nearly straight ahead, there is a misaligned texture. Some light shines from it. That's a walk-through wall. Behind it you will find the Anti-Grav Belt. |

After jumping from stone to stone over lava, you go past a Buzzsaw Blade in the ceiling. Right after the blade, shoot the left wall with the skewed texture to open it. The secret room behind it contains a Red Armor, a large box of Lava Nails and a large box of Rockets. |

When in front of the giant snake head, shoot at the red Button in the mouth to make it stop zapping you. Press the button in the right room to open the bars to the left. Shoot the wall behind them. In the secret corridor you will find a small box of Multi Rockets, a large box of Lava Nails, two large Cells, two 15 Health, a 25 Health, a large box of Nails, a large box of Shells, a small box of Plasma Cells, a large box of Rockets and the Pentagram of Protection. Pay Attention to the Multi-Grenade Ogre in the first part of the corridor. |

Further down the way, you'll pass under some long wooden beams. There are two skull pillars with a small skull altar between them. Jump on top of the altar and it opens a secret door. Inside the room is the Red Armor, a small box of Nails, a large box of Lava Nails and a teleporter which takes you up on the wooden beam. There you will find a large box of Multi Rockets on one end and small Plasma Cells and the Quad Damage on the other end. |

After you got the silver key you go over a lava-flooded area with lava nails shooting up. When you reach the corner with two faces across from a snake head, jump from below against the snake head. A secret door opens and you will find a 100 Health behind it. |
