Tech Renner is a character featured in Quake IV. He is a member of Raven Squad in the Space Marine Corps and participates in the Second Invasion of Stroggos.

Renner is seen aboard the USS Hannibal while he is communicating with a Marine who is requesting support for Cougar Squad because a Strogg unit is headed their way. Renner claims he can't do anything because of Strogg interference, to which the Marine responds Cougar Squad will all die without support.
