There is a known glitch where the boss is not spawned. Use cheat codes to move through the barrier.

Secrets:

• #1) At the beginning, following the corridors, you will come to a fork (one path is blocked with a barrier). On the other path, there are 4 grates on the wall. Shoot the first grate on the left side and crawl the duct until you reach isolated chamber with Prisoners and Ammo Pack.

• #2) When you reach the area with bunch of monitors on the ceiling (and a Prisoners in isolated room with transparent floor), there is a Shootable button in one of pilars on the ceiling in front of the monitors. Shoot it and an alcove reveals in the middle of stairs with Invulnerability.
