Private Strang is a character featured in Quake IV. He is a member of Cobra Squad in the Space Marine Corps and participates in the Second Invasion of Stroggos.

Second Invasion of Stroggos[]
Strang is seen in the Perimeter Defense Station guarding the door, which is later breached by the Gladiator, with Sergeant Schumacher and Private First Class Zick. When Corporal Kane and Tech Newberry walk by, the Strogg are trying to breach the door, but remain unsuccessful at the time.
When Kane later makes his way to the catwalk above the door, the Gladiator breaches it. Strang is seen panicking and requests backup, but is killed by the Gladiator's Railgun.
