Private First Class Williams is a character featured in Quake IV. He is a member of Raven Squad in the Space Marine Corps and participates in the Second Invasion of Stroggos.

Williams is seen aboard the USS Hannibal while working on a PDA during Operation: Advantage. He occasionally walks back and forth in the room while seemingly performing the same task. It's unclear why the walking back and forth is required for his task.
During Operation: Last Hope, he is seen performing a very similar task.
